Acceptance Criteria includes:

A consent to random drug testing

Evidence of willingness to be responsible for continuing personal recovery including

• Intensive Outpatient Program

• Individual Therapy

• Targeted Case Management

Female adult age 18 or older (children are welcome)

Referrals for MAT or Psych ApRN

A $250 admittance fee

Weekly Rent $125
